Even if that is not your primary goal, once you are no longer eating because of emotion or habit and are eating mostly nourishing foods, your body will likely achieve its natural weight. Weight loss is a side effect of the work you will do, and once you do the work, it becomes a lifestyle that you will be able to maintain with ease.
