Tune Into Your Body

Connecting to your body and building awareness of your body’s hunger and fullness signals. This will allow you to eat when you’re hungry and stop when satisfied, which sounds simple but is often harder to put in practice! Developing trust between your brain and body so they are working together is essential to overcoming emotional eating.

Train Your Brain

Learning to be aware of your thoughts and feelings around food and how they contribute to overeating behaviors. You will learn tools and strategies to manage those thoughts and feelings so that they no longer drive you to overeat.

Handle Cravings With Confidence

Understanding why urges and cravings occur and how to manage them. You will learn exactly how to manage your urges so that you feel completely in control around any food, and learn to give yourself what you truly need (it’s not the food!).

Motivate With Self Compassion

Developing the skill of self compassion and an attitude of curiosity. You will learn how these are essential to changing your habits and ending self sabotage.

Dial In Your Diet

Learning how to eat in the most beneficial way to achieve your weight goals, balance your hormones, and feel amazing in your body. You will feel empowered to make your own guidelines around your diet so that you are eating in a way that is healthy, enjoyable and easy to maintain for a lifetime.

Solidify Your Results

Incorporating lifestyle habits that will support you in ending overeating permanently, including stress management, sleep and exercise. You will learn how to ensure a lifetime of food freedom and optimal health.

Will I Lose Weight?

Many women are concerned about weight loss and want to know if they will lose weight. The answer is yes, it is absolutely possible, if that is what you want. Even if that is not your primary goal, once you are no longer eating because of emotion or habit and are eating mostly nourishing foods, your body will likely achieve its natural weight. Weight loss is a side effect of the work you will do, and once you do the work, it becomes a lifestyle that you will be able to maintain with ease.

I had fallen into some very bad eating habits due in part to the pandemic and family issues. I was watching my weight go up to unhealthy levels. I had done many kinds of diets in the past with varying degrees of success, but was looking for something that would help me gain control of myself and help me maintain a healthy  weight.
